#RenewInfinityTrain I don't like using hashtags, but infinity Train is different. Infinity Train wasn't meant to end at book 4, it was meant to end at book 8. I'm glad they ended book 4 with a happy tone, but I don't think that it deserves to be the last season. The true ending is book 3 IMO. I'm happy we got to enjoy this masterpiece. Thank you.

I wouldn't call book 3 the "true" ending. There is no ending. Clearly season 4 wasn't supposed to be the end, clearly season 3 wasn't supposed to be the end, and season 3 would make a pretty poor ending as it is anyway. In theory, you could make as many seasons from this show as you want. Season 1 and 4 essentially have the same premise: person/people with problems appear on the train, eventually come to solve their issues while revealing tidbits of information about how the train works, then leave. That's a GOOD premise. As long as you change up the main characters so their personalities, problems, companions and train cars are significantly different, you can make as many seasons as you want. Season 2 and 3 peel back the layers of the premise, what that would mean for the denizens, what if people don't realise what they're supposed to do, and that's perfectly fine by me because it opens up even more possible stories, but the base premise is good enough as is to go on forever. A rich businessman dead set on becoming CEO? An old woman missing the glory days with her now dead husband from 50 years prior? A teenager who thinks it's fine to be entirely without purpose or motivation, and is always lazy? And that's just the stuff that is child appropriate, you can go HARD with what problems people would need to overcome. They have got to make more.
