Ugh I have been trying so hard to save up for a horse and trying to sell my car to buy a truck. And nothing has been working in my favor. Struggling a lot when it comes to hope. I know this is what I want to do but I don’t make a lot of money. So saving and paying for other expenses is really hard:/ any advice?

Fallon talks about having a "side hustle" if it's something you wanna do, get an envelope or a jar and put that money in there!! Get a side job that is specifically for horse stuff only. Or find another way to make some $, even if it's just a little at a time. It's rough! But it can happen!

I've always had horses my last one I got was from a kill pen here in Kansas I put half bail and offerd a home to a mare no one wanted (arthritic in her knee) I shoped around for supplements that i knew I would need found a bargain at Walmart no less. I get the struggle of budget Im a single mom making 7.25 an hour I sacrifice alot to keep my horse and kiddos happy. But with me I set aside a minimum of $20 a week the goal is winter blankets. I groom dogs and trim hooves for spare funds. Some riding lessons too
