Thanks so much for the OMM Ultra 12 review. I bought one today b4 watching this. Tried it on in the shop and felt just right 🙂 55 Squid I think is right for this running backpack. Testing it out next Sunday easy running across London 10mile one way to a Big RELAY race. But not in the race Hahahaha! Shall fit lots in it ....fingers crossed. Shall update you on how it felt 🙂

Wow 😮, so many medals, are these from Marathons? Thank you for the great review, with detailed filling up attempts for commuting. I tried the 15L decathlon running backpack for a 5km run, it just bounced and hit my back with each step, which makes the back issue worse. These two bags are showing in different commuting backpacks recommendation webpages, but hard to tell the difference and actual possibility for commuting. Your video helps me, thanks, now waiting the next month salary to try the OMM one.

Thanks for watching! Let me know what you think of the OMM bag if you got it. Fingers crossed it sits well 🤞 Btw medals are from all sorts of races from 5K up to ultras. They make a wonderful showpiece in the living room ;) Hope you start your collection too 😁🤗

Thanks for this video! I'm really concerned about the bag jumping around. It really messes with my focus. Do you think this is a bit too big for a 10k run?

Thanks for watching! Obviously, the more you fill it up, the more bouncy it will be. Having said that, I wear the OMM bag on my everyday runcommute and it sits very well. For a 10K run - depends how much you want to carry with you. Have you looked at hydration vests? They are generally less bouncy and some of them have decent volume (such as Salomon Adv Skin 12 - 12 litre volume). Good luck and happy running!

Hydration pack seems the perfect fit for me! I typically carry a 200ml water bottle, an isotonic gel, phone, house keys and wallet for the run. Would all these fit in the Salomon bag you mentioned?

Oh absolutely! You can easily fit all that plus a spare top, more food and another bottle of water. Salomon hydration vests usually come with two 500ml soft flasks, but there is a plethora of other brands that make hydration vests. Try popping in to a running shop to try them on! Good luck!
