I was like this one and that one but decided to wait until she knows 😅. I started the book and it's more of a workbook to work on "yourself" to find what triggers you. Almost like to figure out what you need to heal if it makes any sense. I'm also reading "It didn't start with you" but this one if for people that have anxiety and depression. It helps you understand it comes from generational trauma not yourself.
