I still love the laughing best of all! Only Coach Holly could make burpees look fun and easy! You are the best!

Go to 8:25 and the explanation starts there. Look at it as an "around the world" - taking one arm away, one leg, other arm away, other leg). You'll add a round of "around the world" to each round - so it would eventually accumulate to 16 total burpees (but alternating which limb you're taking away on each burpee). Hope I didn't confuse you more!

Hi, what would you recommend, breathing wise, to someone who has trouble breathing through their nose because of chronic rhinitis? Thank you

Try breathing using your mouth but taking the time to breath in deep enough to reach diaphragm expansion. The key to solid breathing while the heart rate is up is long, slow deliberate breaths that occur in the stomach and not just shallow, up in the chest.
