Ahh Clifton James. He played a sheriff in almost all of his roles. A-Team, Superman 2, Dukes of Hazzard, James Bond. He and my dad were good friends. We used to go visit him at his house on Long Island. Cliff got me an A-Team poster signed by all the cast members back when when I was a kid and this episode came out. Such a cool guy

Looking back, the writers of this show were making a comedy without even realizing it. The A-Team was one of the most famous fugitives in the nation, yet they were riding around L.A. in a vehicle that stood out like a sore thumb. B.A. kept getting tricked into flying. Plus, they always made the MP’s look grossly incompetent.

Well as far as the MP's go, regular MP's vs thee elite special ops unit who've got resources and the know how to make just about anything a weapon? If something like that happened for real, the best in covert ops framed and escape and are chased by the MP's, my money's on the SPECIAL OPS unit.
