I can understand the frustration of numbers going down, when you put in the work. I honestly barely play RL anymore, after playing it almost every day for like 6 years. Fiber internet. Ball still phases through ppl on close misses sometimes but going to fiber from cable internet is game-changing. I had cable the first cpl years I played an noticed a huge difference

@@GarrettG the internet speed to and from your house has nothing to do with the rocket league servers making decisions. In theory, a faster internet connection SHOULD make the game-play smoother, however it doesn't. The game takes things into account that they don't make public. For instance, if you play the game normally, you'll notice that things go smoother. However once you begin to get tilted, and start throwing or forfeiting, you'll notice that other player now have an extreme advantage over you. No, sir, it's the rocket league servers that suck ass, not my internet connection. I've tested everything that I stated above, very methodically.
