Too many characters, and the history of crises is boring, it needs a real reboot. the old Wally is boring, the writers made it faster to please the fans, but there's nothing interesting about it, his development is boring, and we put him faster than Barry for fan service, but story-wise cw did a better job with Wally developpement than in all of comic book history..
