Momo, if you EVER read this. i would have a few question towards you as someone who has / competes at the highest level. i have started a YT clownshow basically... and i want to ask your opinion on the realistic reactability of jins lows , namely DB+4 / D+2 and Hellsweep in a high level scenario. If you ignor this, it is completly reasonable and i wish you the best in coming tournaments and such. Greetings, Finn.

@@Roadtotekkengodkazuya i would argue d+2 IS, even... consistently, but in a real match scenario it is different, i did made my finding already public in my videos. BUT because i am going exterminatus mode now, i also want the opinion of a 1 mishima player and 2 a high level player that competes in tournaments. (i only did ICFC onlines and never got out of pools)

Hot take. I am a Jin main and i can block *most* d+2, i would say around 70%, but i have to be looking for it. With hellsweep and db4, if i feel they are going to do a low, i can maybe react to it but it's mostly down to reading. I can also do the same thing with Kazuya's DB4 and DB1+2, i just face so many Jins and Kazuyas that i already know what most of them are going to do. But if you are asking if you can *consistently* react to it? Hell no. But what do I know, my first tekken game is tekken 8 :D

just compare those moves to those of other characters, jin's hell sweep is slower than all the other mishimas, DB 4 is the same move that kazuya has, with less frame advantage than kaz's and less hit box, and D 2 is perfectly comparable to kaz's D 1+2, the differences between the two moves are there, kaz's can be dodged with a timely side step, or I could say lucky, but it can also be stopped by creating an excellent feint for an opening, they say that jin is too strong but in my opinion everyone I've heard about it so far hasn't yet understood what the real problems of the character are that make him boring for those who use him and boring for those who face him
