Great to have them back but what about our young backs that will be taking over for Singleton? Will they stay? Landon Tengwall said it well. Our WR receptions have dropped every year since I think 2021 210 to 102. What top receiver wants to come here! As for total receptions we are only down about 30+ receptions.

Going to be tough for everyone. Singleton really had to come back after down year last year and some quiet game this year due in part to splitting time. Allan was rated behind Singleton and also needed to come back to improve his draft stock. Next year, giving carries to the younger players will results in less film time. 49 players went over 1,000 yards so its not a rare feat. Racking up film time seems to be more valuable for players looking to make their case with only so many NFL teams looking for a running back.

Lydell Mitchell can be surpassed with 23 more yards for Nick, and 8th place (Larry Johnson) 42 yards away for Singleton. 229 days and counting We Are!

actually think NIL helps PSU retain these players. the pressure to jump to pros lessens when you have some decent money coming in and it is reasonable to believe another year of college will enhance draft position more than hurt.

We need Franklin to get on coach K to come up with a better passing scheme. Why is it that I watched countless bowl games and watched WR’S making plays but we had no catches by WR’s that was the first time this year counting all the power 4 games since Sept that a teams WR’S didn’t make a catch. watched two film breakdowns of the game which showed no separation from the receivers over a couple hundred comments and just a few against Drew. The greatest receiver of all time Jerry Rice ran a 4.71 40 but always gained separation all because of the scheme not his world class speed.
