Chachi, Chuck and Yukka in a particular way are pretty incredible. If they are all carrying the same amount of weight and Chachi being so light is caring as much as everybody else I am thoroughly impressed. The oxygen level, the overall mental and physical stress, lack of good sleep, the effort it takes to learn all these new things with such high stakes. And Chuck looks like he is hurting. But I am in no way surprise watching this man for years beat the odds and beat the shit out of people I'm not surprised by anything when it comes to him. Just don't fight again please.

You can tell from the beginning who's going to make it and who's not. Lia didn't have the will and personal strength to push through. Nicki had the will, but not the confidence. I really hope Chachi and Chuck make it, they both have great personalities and they'll let their bodies fail before their mind does. Neither have shown signs of emotional weakness and have a strong will drive it to the top. Chuck is wearing down, but his persistence shows, Chachi expressed self doubt, but she clearly has confidence in herself no matter the difficulties that have come.

As a hiker who's carried 50+ lb packs over very long distances and big elevation gains there is no way in hell their packs are pushing 75 lbs. 45-50 lbs is difficult but 75 lbs is insane. Gus is a strong guy but if his pack were that heavy he wouldn't be walking with it with out his hip straps undone. I'm proud of Nikki fighting on until the crew leaders ended it for her.

First time viewer. Im not sure why I began with this one, aside the desire to preview the series. Nevertheless, it appears they've obtained my full attention, I think the experience will be fantastic, therefore you've recruited a new subscriber. Nicky should be particularly proud, as I'm sure her daughter will agree. She gave it her best and with that there is absolutely no shame. Just giving it a go makes her pretty fantastic. Chuck is a Warrior, nobody on the Team thinks otherwise, least I could gather. However, I sincerely believe someone should suggest he return to base camp, whilst he can and perhaps plan to return at a later date. This adventure is not worth losing one's life over, especially when you have loved ones at home expecting your healthy return. I'm confident they'd be proud regardless. In fact after their viewing of this episode, had he returned to Base Camp without continuing on, I believe, they would be particularly proud and undoubtedly pleased he had the courage in doing so. The PulseOx device reflected his oxygen saturation at 77. That is not good and if he were in any Hospital they'd provide oxygen straight away, with a fair chance of being admitted for tests and observation. The Guide or Medic, I believe should have been more forthcoming. Additionally, he should be trained enough too realized, there is no mitigating the fact inwhich things are not going to improve, particularly taking account of Altitude and thinning air, resulting in even less natural oxygen to breath. God Bless him and the entire expedition. I apologize for leaving such a long comment, although I didn't force anyone to read it all. :-)
