A lot of skins were banned from PPL play and tournaments inlcuding also roaming emotes and stuff like that, hence youll see a lot of pros not use Skins out of habit.

​@@NeNe73224 Some skins have bugs associated with them that can hinder Gameplay flow, mostly Soundbugs. The most common thing however is that skins are a lot quieter than other, such as the Huntsman Androxus skin that barely makes a noise when floating. Also some weapons have annoying amounts of effects when you get hit by them, such as the Samba Rocket Launcher for Drogoz which is why that is banned for example.
