Nice video, but about that 23T7, maybe you can try taking it apart and cleaning it out and seeing if maybe excessive dust is causing non-contact of the wiring. Even if it's actually cooked it would at least be interesting to see how the insides look

Intellitech studios I use to have that bissell powerforce bagged 1398 and I use to have the bissell powerforce compact intill one day when I use it it didn’t turn on I also repair vacuums 2 I also like to make vacuum videos 2

Sad to see the powerforce compact formally the easy-vac quit working. It was working fine in the vacuums saved episode 12. Must've shorted. Not a good way to start the video. The powerforce bagged, just like the one I have has a different brushroll in it. I see the brushroll with both machines (the bagless anf the bagged powerforce) was swapped. Finally, the correct bag in it. Febreze type 7 bags, my favorite. Blue brushroll, blue dial, and sticker that is blue makes this machine fancier. I never replaced the belt on ths for at least 4 5 years until Ocotber 2019 when the belt decides to burn through because the brushroll refused to turn. The extension wand with the crevice and the hose sometimes falls off. is there a way to keep these items on? I thought they still sold these but there's a glitch. I'm never replacing the powerforce bagged ever! I love this vacuum.

Maybe motor brushes sparked, and it you probably need to clean out the motor as my helix turbo rewind wasn’t working right. I stripped that vacuum (helix turbo) to the motor to clean it, any advice?

Weird how the Compact worked when you ran it in its Vacuums Saved episode. Like others have suggested there's probably a connection issue related to the carbon brushes, and while you're in there it might be worth it to replace the bearings and polish the commutator. Even if it's still dead, it'd be good practice for motor service.

Clean fairy hepa bags. Unfortunately I can't seem to find any stock of them at the moment, but they're normally on Amazon in a pack of 20 for 18 dollars.

Welp that compact is a corpse now and probably isn't salvageable if its the motor and buying a new motor cost more then the vacuum itself. Its pretty much a parts machine now.

I guess you are saving more vacuums than you are selling, but look on the bright side, your vacuums saved videos get many thousands of views, like 55K views for Vacuums Saved 1 - the people love to see them, obviously. Surely you must earn youtube revenue from all those views for all your vacuums saved videos and that makes it worth it, even if you dont get much money for selling them. I guess if folks can get a brand new vacuum from Walmart for 50 dollars, they might not want a second hand one that costs more than that, perhaps lower your prices a bit and they might sell faster? I'd imagine with the covid 19 crisis, that might prevent people coming to buy them, so things might improve once it all blows over, and you will sell some more.

Yes! Even if I struggle to sell, I'll still be doing the videos whenever I can. Not just for the revenue, but since people love to see them. I can always slash prices and move inventory if need be, it's only because I've been sitting on inventory that I haven't been selling, so it's self inflicted. Even though It can be frustratimg to not sell machines for their true value, I still enjoy saving them and getting them fixed up and to people who need them.
