'Running Wild' About New Season With Bear Grylls

This season on 'Running Wild' globally renowned adventurer and survival expert Bear Grylls takes celebrity guests including Zac Efron, Ben Stiller, Channing Tatum, Deion Sanders, Tom Arnold and Tamron Hall, for a weekend of adventure in the wild. Over the course of two days, Bear takes his celebrity guest out of his or her comfort zone by confronting them with a series of physical and mental challenges as they traverse rough terrain and engage in survival practices in beautiful wild locations. In this interview, Grylls gives an inside look into the celebrities and the particular challenges that they faced and later overcame in order to 'win' the show.
