It is not recommended to use a had disk as ram, as this causes system instability and slowdowns, because ram is very fast than a had disk

He's not using a actual computer. He's using a virtual machine from a free software called VMWare. it bascially allows you to make computer copies like installing OSes. In VMWare you can change how many CPU you want to give VM, Storage, and RAM.

Windows 10 is too much for 1 GB RAM, Linux could be used instead
