Ha John, I got mine last year but mine will jump all over the place. when I put the deeps and med together it does good with all med no jumping at all. what I had to do is start it off slow for a while and as it lost the weight of the honey increased the speed. I cannot attach it to the floor because I use my kitchen to extract the honey, do you sell the grease to grease the unit and also how often should it be greased. I like the extractor I was using a hand crank 4 frame I did not want to deal with it any more I am getting 300-360 lbs. in honey now. hope u have a good week

In a real-world test. Did my first real-world test today. I've got to bolt my UltraMax to the floor! Extracted 3½-4 gallons of honey today from 8 deep frames. How do I upgrade to the new tall hinges? It's a bit of a struggle getting deep frames in and out of the UltraMax, but it's doable.

I didn't hear him mention new tall hinges. I just ordered one of these machines. I run all deeps in my supers so I'm interested in your question. Should I ask them to put tall hinges in mine?
