I guess there are still lots of rookies who were new to this kind of entertainment. I saw lots of comments hating on the senior comedian but this is just one way on how Korean comedians do their job. It actually also depends on how the other person reacts which makes it hilarious and more entertaining especially if they made such an unexpected reaction. There are lots of ways on how comedy in Korea works including slapstick comedy and such. These kind of things were actually famous in Korea. When I was also a newbie watching variety shows, I had a culture shock 'bout this types of comedy. I guess we're just used to seeing light types of comedies.. Not this much intense/physical.

Even though someone's senior it doesn't mean they've the authority to do whatever they like ,, running man members seems a little uncomfortable here especially when he spits water on seok jin's face ,,that was kinda disrespectful!!!

@@prachi5999 I do know that. There are a lot of uncomfortable moments when it comes to slapstick comedy actually. In fact, there are many times where we can see Yang Se Chan and Lee Kwang Soo doing the same thing to their seniors like Seok Jin and Jae Seok which is equally just as disrespectful but no one seemed to mind it because this is how they mostly work in variety shows.

Agreed! It always leaves me breathless and with a belly ache from laughing so much. I mean the new episodes aren't bad, they're still funny and fun to watch but they do not have elements of fun like the old episodes does. Everyone seems more relaxed here than now.

I grew up with this kind of comedy. Slapstick comedy. Yes, they sometimes hurt themselves or others but it is all part of the act. Well, sometimes, it is a little bit off but yes, it is all part of the job.

If you found out that Charlie Chaplin and Mr. Bean is funny, then I think you might found this funny too cause this is the same genre of comedy. It's good that you love the members so much but I'll tell you something, all the members are happy and respect Shim HyungRae seonsaeng-nim so have a respect him too and what he do for living. It's okay if you don't found it funny though cause slapstick are not quite popular as the way it was back then. Also Shim seonsaeng doesn't care all what you said.

I am a big long time fan of running man but in all honesty i donot like the older comedian behaviour towards other members, evrn so he is teaching them, that bamboo stick to hit them every single time (even slightly or what). You can see it irritated them alot. Plus m definitely not a fan of hitting-teaching method. I love running man but i really did not like this comedian attitude towards all.
