As a korean interpreter, agree po ako na may mga time na you need to explain well kasi may mga words and expressions na meron sa korea but not in tagalog nor english. for example, when ryan explained na mas relax yung expression ni manny, walang sinabi si jaesuk sa comparison na "expression ni manny when he was in korea", but for ryan, mas mainam na i-compare nya yung expression ni manny when he was in korea and here sa bahay nya. then may time na for koreans na tingin nila mas mahaba yung sinasabi sa tagalog, pero in terms of syllables and combination of words in a sentence, humahaba po talaga. pero vice versa din po yun. not only in korean language, but also in different language as well if we are not familiar with that language. :)

@@crystalnguyen5023 This house of Manny is worth more or less 45M USD, it's located in Metro Manila too and in a rich neighbourhood. For reference: Forbes Park average lot price per sqm2 is 7k USD, in Gangnam it is probably 16-17k USD per sqm2, other parts of Seoul would be lower
