Limni, a destination of four seasons
Head to the western end of the waterfront of Limni on a narrow cobbled road that leads to the hermitage of Saint Christodoulos and his homonymous church. Very close to the rock, in the cave where the Saint practiced, you will see a very beautiful stone building, which was the old slaughterhouse of Limni and now houses the Scout Club. Do not miss the small church of Zoodochos Pigi "Panagitsa", which is built on the ruins of an early early Christian basilica in a small square inside the lake. In the lower part of the current chapel there is a part of an arched room with a mosaic floor that dates to the late 5th to early 6th century AD.
