Runny! I know that it's late for this video, but an easy way to remove egg shell pieces is to wet a finger and then try to touch it. The water will make the egg shell piece stick to your finger instead of the egg yolk or bowl. This usually works for me c: I love your videos, thank you for your time!!

I lost all my hair at 25! Before then my hairstyle was a bit like Engelbert Humperdinck!! I don't mind no hair, just watch the sun in summer and the freezing rain in winter :(

I finally tried one of your recipes the other day! I made this dish and I loved it! I love tsukune and this recipe was sooo good! I do have one question though. How high heat do you have the pan when you are cooking the tsukune? I ended up somewhere between medium and high heat and when I put the sauce in the pan, it really bubbled up toward the end and I felt like maybe I let the pan get too hot. It came out delicious anyway, so it wasn't a problem, but I'd like to know for next time! Thanks for the delicious vids, Runnyrunny!!

Amazing quality on this video! I really want to make this! I mean, a lot of your dishes are awesome but this one looks particularly simple and delicious, and looks like it would be good to eat regularly. You're video editing/producing was top notch in this as well! Also I'm sure when you thought you were losing hair you were really maybe just going through a period of stress. Also in your 20s your frontal lobe (brain) is developing and makes it look like you're balding even though you're not. I've been using no shampoo pretty successfully, and although I can't recommend that because I haven't done it for a long time, I'm just skeptical about how effective it is for things like hair loss. I'm more convinced that whether or not and when you bald is more tied to your genes than shampoo. A proper diet is certainly important though!

Hello Runny-san! I know this is an older video, but if it's helpful for you or anyone watching: if you drop a bit of eggshell into a mixture, wet a finger with water and poke at the piece of eggshell. I'm not sure why, but eggshell will almost always stick to a wet fingertip. Hope this helps!!
