Update: since filming there are two options for Runtime Fabric: this video was talking about the "on virtual machines/bare metal" option. There is an option to "bring your own kubernetes" via a hosted k8s which will probably suit those already using a hosted k8s service.

No worries, good to hear it was worth the effort to produce the content. I suspect it will be a long while before I'm back in San Francisco with the current covid situation.

How to manage deploy bath applications in rtf
@jacekbiaecki80762 жыл бұрын
@Nathan thank you for this video although trying to explain SUCH A COMPLEX solution as RTF in 5 minutes 16 seconds sounds like a suicidal mission :)

Do you need muleruntime running on server if installing runtime fabric
@--Nath--4 жыл бұрын
RTF creates the docker infrastructure - you then deploy an app which the control plane talks to RTF to provision a container that contains the Mule runtime. There's no need to install the Mule runtime yourself - it's part of the image that RTF uses to deploy to docker.

Thanks! Was certainly a learning curve filming this stuff - I have a lot more respect for people who get filmed for a living.
