The cause is ATC error, behind the typing runway is a stop taxiing lights, when the lights on (become red), the taxiing plane will be stop, And reverse, the lights off will be moving While JAL516 is landing, that lights isn't turn on, this is why captain in Japan coast guard will see it and taxi to the runway, surviving captain at Japan Coast Guard but he is got very damaged

Yeah, that seems a runway incursion. One of the aircraft was without clearance or it was a ATC error. Some of these 3 has to be the cause,

I think the cause of the crash is from the ATC. Because I heard the audio from the ATC said that JAL516 go around but it was too late. R.I.P to everyone who died😥😥

the reason why the q300 collided with the a350 because the q300 was not seen on the radar and the q300 was damage in the 2011 earthquake and tsunami and was repaired and returned back to service
