FOR Pressure cooking Ragda:
White Peas - 1 Cup (250 grams)
Turmeric - 1/4 Spoon
Salt - 1/2 Spoon
Water - 2.5 Cups
Oil - 2 spoon
FOR Boiling Ragda:
Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 Spoon
Chaat Masala - 1/4 Spoon
Red Chilly Powder - 1/4 Spoon
Water - 1.5 Cups
Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 Spoon
FOR Khatti Meethi Chutney:
Tamarind - 50 grams
Jaggery - 200 grams
Salt - 1/4 Spoon
Black Salt - 1/4 Spoon
Dry Ginger Powder - 1/4 Spoon
Hing - 1 pinch
Dhaniya Jeera Powder - 1/2 Spoon
Red Chilly Powder - 1 Spoon
Water - 1.5 Cups
Sugar - 1 Spoon
FOR Tikhi Green Chutney:
Washed and Chopped Coriander - 50 grams
Washed and Chopped Mint Leaves - 20 grams
Green Chilly - 3
Ginger - 1 inch
Roasted Split Bengal Gram - 2 spoons
Black Salt - 1/4 Spoon
Salt - 1/4 Spoon
Amchur - 1/4 Spoon
Lemon Juice - 1/2
Jeera - 1/4 Spoon
Ice cubes - 5
FOR Pattice:
Boiled Potatoes - 500 grams
Poha Powder - 3/4 Cup
Paste of 1 green chilly and 1 inch ginger
Salt - 1/2 Spoon
Roasted Jeera Powder - 1/2 Spoon
Black Pepper Powder - 1 pinch
Chaat Masala - 1/4 Tsp
Ghee
FOR Lasan Chutney:
Oil - 1 Spoon
Peanuts - 1/4 Cup
Garlic - 10 cloves
Dry Red chilly - 2
Red Chilly Powder - 2 Spoons
Salt - 1/4 spoon
Sugar - 1/4 spoon
FOR Serving:
Sev
