All words are true . what ever we learn use that when never useful to us .no excuses must practise daily . what ever we learned teach to kids then we remember. learn few words daily. 5 words .if we try to learn more words its difficulty. so slowly learn .speak also slowly . writing reading listening alon with this we should

It's because lack of practice, when you do practice, slowly you become fluent, you don't forget..
