This is why us Asians had no problems with Nymphia using an exaggerated affectation of our accent. Nymphia’s mom speaks with the accent she used in the drag seminar challenge, as does my mom. Nymphia truly represents the gay asian community in a way it’s never been represented before, and for that I am so proud.

As soon as Sapphira won congeniality I knew it was over for her. I seriously doubted that they would give her two crowns, as much as I would have loved it and as much of a gag it would have been. But Nymphia DID THAT. The lip sync was so good and her idea of the boba tea and balloons was so good.

This was a very fun season with such a lovable, unique & shady cast! Really thought Sapphira had it in the bag, I was visibly gagged when she didn't win lol! I felt so weird when Nymphia won. Because from the beginning I was rooting for both of the top two, so I would’ve been happy with either winning. So when her name was called I was like “yaaaay she won”, I was happy but for some reason wasn’t excited. i really thought it was going to be sapphira from episode 3. second time i've been wrong this year now (#justiceformarina). that must have been the original plan but with the fan outrage over the debacle that was uk vs tw2 they decided to take into consideration the fan votes (unlike uk vs tw2). if you haven't yet watched their reaction to the announcement of who won, sapphira will remind you of angela basset in the 2023 oscars when they announced jamie lee curtis.

This was everything!!!, the only part I hated was the mom part.
