This is why us Asians had no problems with Nymphia using an exaggerated affectation of our accent. Nymphia’s mom speaks with the accent she used in the drag seminar challenge, as does my mom. Nymphia truly represents the gay asian community in a way it’s never been represented before, and for that I am so proud.

As soon as Sapphira won congeniality I knew it was over for her. I seriously doubted that they would give her two crowns, as much as I would have loved it and as much of a gag it would have been. But Nymphia DID THAT. The lip sync was so good and her idea of the boba tea and balloons was so good.

It was these 2 for me since the Meet The Queens and particularly Nymphia. Im so happy. Im usually always for my black queens but Nymphia just had such a uniqueness I loved. Great Successor to Sasha Colby.

I felt so weird when Nymphia won. Because from the beginning I was rooting for both of the top two, so I would’ve been happy with either winning. So when her name was called I was like “yaaaay she won”, I was happy but for some reason wasn’t excited. Like if Sapphira won I was fully ready to console Nymphia but hadn’t mentally prepared myself to do the same for Sapphira lmao 😅

Good to see you. When I tell you I screamed so loud once Nymphia won, it feels correct. It is correct. I've been rooting for her since the meet the queens when she looked so c.u.n.t. in that jade outfit & quirky with her words. Her entire presence in this finale gave winner energy. i really thought it was going to be sapphira from episode 3. second time i've been wrong this year now (#justiceformarina). that must have been the original plan but with the fan outrage over the debacle that was uk vs tw2 they decided to take into consideration the fan votes (unlike uk vs tw2). if you haven't yet watched their reaction to the announcement of who won, sapphira will remind you of angela basset in the 2023 oscars when they announced jamie lee curtis.
