Looking gorgeous as usual in your 50's Vegas double act look! I really appreciated the talk about anxiety, as I and many people I know suffer from it. I think most people do to one degree or another. I'm a huge Doctor Who fan (nerd) and I was outright offended by Chanel's outfit. Not even in the late Tom Baker years would they have something that bad. Marmalade's was my favorite by far as well. It vaguely reminded me of the opening credits during the Peter Capaldi years. Kyran and La Voix absolutely deserved the win. They played off each other so well, they might want to consider their own double act! Great review as always!

Kia ora, Jane! Do you know, to this day, I've never watched Dr Who. I'm not entirely sure why. I have have tried to watch the early episodes when I was a kid but they may have been too much for me at the time. Now that they've rebooted the series so often I feel that I wouldn't get any of the the references. sigh

Well, Mz Boksfhartz Your eyes today are stunning! Even excusing this cast being from the dry humor country of the UK, yeah, this reading challenge... maybe skip this next time LOL Disclaimer: These are just my takes/opinions, and that's all. No shade ever (well unless I say so LOL). La Voix.. Meh on the Liza. Just didn't really hit for me, some funny parts indeed, but... Kyran's Elvis was Not really Elvis, but funny enough, and that's what counts. Chara and Ru being stereotypical of wanting an "honestly" tone deaf ethnic person, was once again troubling. But Chara was great. Coco was rolling in her grave... oops wait she's still alive? LOL KIDDING Luv ya Coco! I am a Cocopuff! Marmalade, just keeps bringing those looks!

I hear ya, Art. Initially I wasn't impressed with La Voix's Liza either but then I rewatched the episode and caught a lot more of her humour. The bigger laughs definitely came from her asides. She's like a joke ninja. She's in and out before you can start to laugh. LOL xox

I'm sure in her hometown, Chanel is the belle of the ball but after going on and on about what a good seamstress she is, I realized she's very limited. Can she sew? Yes. Can she design? Not so much. It all boils down to taste level and a natural sense of finesse. Combine those limitations with her constantly comparing herself to everyone else, she was doomed to fail. Bless.
