Now nobody is listening and we have been suffering since then. You are not building legacy, you are building crap, building disappointment, building frustration.

Mr.Rupen Patel, there is a residential project of Patel Engineering in Gr. Noida West and a huge no. of buyers have bought this project and are stuck from last 13 years. There is no update on this. Please save the hard earned money of buyers who are stuck in this project.

Mr Rupen patel also own a Real Estate firm Patel Neotown Advance and the project is in default list. He is not completing the project since 2009 has make fool to investors

Waiting for my flat in Neotown - Greater Noida West from last 13 years after making 95% of flat cost. There is no visibility. Everytime I talk to their representative, they say flat hand over in next 6 months. Patel Engineering has shifted the project amount collected from customer to their other projects. They are fraud.

His Neotown Project in Noida West has left thousands of buyers homeless. Many of them has died waiting for their home. Neotown project was launched back in 2010. Its been more than a decade now and we are still waiting. He is shamelessly talking about his performance here.

Patel has very bad real-estate project named Patel Neotown in Greater Noida west. We booked the flat 13 years back and are still waiting for the possession. We have paid more than 90% of amount. No one listen to customers and no update is provided to the customers. Customer's calls are not picked and no response for their mails. Customer only receives one sided communication (demands and penalty letters).we are suffering since 2010.

We have booked our flat in the year 2015 in Patel Neotown in Greater Noida West in G tower. We have made 100% payment and we got the No dues certificate also. Since we paid some amount in cash , now patel is denying cash component that we have paid to them. Patel is not considering the documents that they have issued to us. Staff sitting at Neotown is very rude and treats the customer as if we are nobody. These people have no respect for customers and make fake commitments.
