Eine der bekanntesten Veröffentlichungen von Grausamkeit zeigen den Musiker mit einem Hexenhut und einer Schusswaffe. Davon abgeleitet hat sich die Ästhetik von "Keller-Synth" entwickelt. Dieses Genre wurde hauptsächlich von der Person Sigfrid erfunden. Dieser kommt zufällig auch aus der selben Stadt wie die Person hinter Grausamkeit.
