Beside listening to AL baqarah and reciting Surah an naas, al falaq and ayat ul Kursi, try giving positive twist everytime a bad thought comes up, make a dua and say oh Allah I seek refuge in You for these negative thoughts. At last... Keep on repeating positive thoughts and link it with Allah, for example repeat 99 times: thanks to Allah I am never scared. May Allah raise your Iman, tawakul and taqwa in ranks and give peace in your mind soul and heart❤️

I felt pain in my left palm while listening and burning sensation too, and pain inside last finger of left hand ,As i have been suggested by a maulana to listen this ,The main problem with me is that, when having a bite of solid r liquid food it hurts a lot giving pain inside chest as if fees that i am having a lymph node inside food pipe even a drop of water gives a lot of pain ,,please sheikh sir suggest me with the quran and sunnah way of being get rid of this problem May Almighty Allah accept all your good deeds and bless you and your family with his MERCYplease reply me 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

i have no big problems but i am suffering from back bone and shoulder blade pains and something like i can't describe some movements like ants are running in my knees and private front part and in my heart. What do I use if I'm fighting extremely strong jinns could even be the shaytaan himself it comes in all forms even a lil worm I can trust no1 around me if I move it just moves with me and I find the exact jinns around in different people and new neighbors. I'm only safe when playing ruqyahs but it's never permanent the moment I switch off they back at it. I've figured their main purpose is to keep me away from my music . I'm also concerned that it could be jinns from my step father cos I've got his surname I mean I'm not even surprised if they reading this msg now cos they manage to get into frequency appliances very easily. I can hear doors opening now as I'm playing this ruqyah and I just moved here these things has been torturing me and me torturing them but I really just wanna be permanently free Could I ever be?

Yes there is a way Years ago i faced same problems. I learnt ruqya I perform it myself. And during magrib i recite the last two verses of surah baqarah ayatal qursi and surah nas and falak 3 times each This protects me from bad attacks until next magrib And performing ruqya will destry them one by one Give half an hour for your self every day. U need to conquer upon them or they will defeat u

@@cohlblack keep ruqya simple so that u can alwayz do and and dnt get bored of it . Keep it short and at intervals for example. 15 minutes sessions each in the morning, afternoon, after magrib or whenever u have free time. Make niyyah and pray that whatever u recite may destry oll sort of evil around u. Surah fatiha, surah nas, falak and ikhlas, ayatal qursi and verse 102 of surah baqarah. 11 times each of all these. This enough powerful for a start.

To kill the jinn depends on several things: your strength/quranic tawheed & how experient and what kind this jinn is & how strong the ruqya is.The most important weapon in the fight against the jinn and with that you can pull him the fastest out of your body, is your quranic tawheed. And the quranic tawheed will make it him impossible to enter you again.
