Does any body have this problem too? you just constantly over think the earth, sky and universe and it causes you alot of discomfort. Update: It's agoraphobia. Now, I've been feeling like very panicky and anxious for the past 5 days, constantly and feels as if I can't get a good relaxing deep breath. It's very difficult to relax even when I'm lying down in bed or sitting down. At the same time, I want to sit still hunched over. I have no appetite ir thirst at all, and I lost alot of weight... not sure what to do because drs. are taking forever and It makes me feel like I'm gonna panick even more and more just waiting. I've been chewing my tongue too, and everything about my perception feels distorted and I can't focus on anything, and my thoughts never comfort me like before.
