I have started to listen Feb 1st 24 , 4 days later my hair stop breaking. My hair used to be so long and thick, but now its all falling, its dead, and its gotten so much thinner and it isn't thin anymore. I did a blood test to make sure it wasnt because i was low on vitamins but i am completely fine.
