Rural breakfast with grandmother's jam and bread and organic dairy products!

The grandmother has done the work related to the livestock in the past days and cooks the milk of the cows after milking to prepare fresh yogurt from it and turn it into butter; He needs buttermilk to bake bread, and using a special clay pot, he turns yogurt into buttermilk and butter; Then he starts baking bread and also helps his daughters to make cherry jam.
They wash the cherries well and put them on the fire with some sugar to cook the jam;
This jam-cooking method can be used for all the fruits of the summer season and a very delicious jam can be obtained;
After cooking jam with butter and grandmother's local bread, village girls set a delicious table and start eating breakfast;

I feel sorry for Grandma at times. She does a lot of hard work 😥. I know I couldn’t do it. Plus she’s the best bread maker on KZbin. She’s at an age where she should be taken care of. I know she probably will be stubborn about it but maybe she needs to cut back on the hard labor. Another peaceful and relaxing video 😌. Thank you for sharing your lives and recipes. @lindapaknik1361 53 seconds ago Yes but within reason. Heavy lifting and chopping wood is not work for the elderly. Walking or light lifting is fine. I get it, as we age it is important to exercise but within the realm of our capabilities! My parents lived into their upper 80’s and they kept busy but within reason. My concern is for your Mom. She looked so tired carry those heavy sticks on her back 😪. I enjoy your channel. It is serene and relaxing. But I care about what I watch. Elderly people can have strokes or heart attacks from hard labor. I’m not talking about easy labor like. Churning butter or making dough, to keep her going, make herself feel like she’s contributing, which help with depression. She did quite a bit: carried the wood, made the dough, churned the butter, cooked the berries, and baked the dough. Plus, if it were my Mom, I would her served her first and foremost. But of course that would be me.

As I indicated that would be me! But if you look across different cultures, you will see family support throughout preparations. The bulk of today’s meal was done by Grandma. The girls cleaned the cherries, removed the pits, and filling jars compared to the Mom bringing the wood, starting the fire, making the dough, boiling and overseeing the cherries, making the bread, churning the butter, baking the bread, and bringing the bread and butter to the table. In most countries, the tasks are split among family members. That was my only point. Reply if you want but I care for the elderly in my Country. They are the link and knowledge to our past.
