This retired anesthesiologist greatly enjoyed this. So much of anesthesia practice is learned by interacting with people who have seen similar problems crop up day-to-day and the nature of anesthesia is that frequently the problems that crop up were completely unforeseen but get talked about informally. I remember being essentially blind-sided four times during my practice where I would have been bewildered had I not heard the older folks who trained me and with whom I worked talk about these unusual phenomena "around the campfire". Sounds like Project ECHO is a virtual campfire.
