I tell my family and friends that we are our brothers' keepets. We have to help whereever and whenever we can. This broke my heart to see yhis young mother and her children's living condition. My prayer is 'God bless us so we can give more.' Thanks to the committee for what they are doing to assist the needy. ❤️

Hello Stone Family 🙏🏼. First, let us wish Ms. Young a happy birthday-she is fantastic! 🎉❤ It is Unfortunately, the Jamaican government lacks the resources to assist those in need. We often rush to judge the mother of nine without understanding her circumstances. My question is, where is the ex-husband who abandoned his children? The law should pursue him. It’s a sad situation!

I would like to ask , have all the fathers of the children run away. By all means show compassion but take responsibility for our actions,that include not keep having the children that cannot be sustained. With freedom comes responsibility too. Nothing wrong with charity for the helpless and vulnerable.

My family is from St. Mary. This is the first time, that I can remember, that I have seen anyone helping people there. What part of St. Mary is this? It doesn't look familiar. I'll ask my mom and other family. What is the name of the organization or the mission that Janice and Lorraine works with? I am a retired teacher and my mother taught in JA. I would like to help.

The community is called Woodpark, the subdivision is Bagnold Spring, and the Post Office is Pembroke Hall and in close proximity to Wallingford, Guy's Hill, Donnington, Derry Gayle, and Barklay Town. We are just in the process of trying to be incorporated as a charity organization. They have named this informal organization as, "The Alice Chambers Outreach Project for the Elderly and Disabled." For four years, they supplied food and clothing to the elderly and disabled whenever fixations are received. And more recently, they started to assist high school, elementary, and basic school children with the bare essentials needed to attend and function at school such as books, uniforms, lunch, and bus fare. Donors are a few family members, friends, and prayer partners from overseas. Hope this helps. Please free to contact me if you have any further questions. 🙏

That’s our aim- to get her a small home with the basic amenities and one that will be mobile. We’ve had a builder come out and will get the estimate soon 🙏

#1 problem........there needs to be more birth control available. I can't understand why young girls band boys are not being tought this more often. #2 bringing babies into a world to suffer should be known as sinfull. #3 ok so the kids are here now, how do we insted of giving a man a fish to feed him for a day, lets focus on teaching how to fish so we can feed for life.

I want to commend you for the great things you're doing for the less fortunate, however I would advise you not to show their faces while being interviewed, due to other kids from the community viewing it and can lead to teasing and bulling in school.

Although I am sympathetic and feel for this mother why o why have so many children. Is contraceptive not available in Jamaica? Where is the father/s. Ultimately it's the children that are suffering. Momma's stress level must be REAL. Jah jah
