This is called boti da in Bengal. It is one main tool in all Bengali kitchen traditionally. Vegetables, fruits or any fresh non veg are chopped with this. People there do not feel comfortable using knife. Because for every single recipe, the vegetables has to be cut accordingly. Only then thee actual taste comes.

At my home Thailand 🇹🇭 we cook young jackfruit with pork ribs spicy soup 🍲 it so good and would love to try what she cook too though it’s have enough spices in it I’m sure it yummy 🤤 and we used cloth light wet with cooking oil to clean jackfruit oil out its removed and clean very easy too

But everyone doesn't read everything on KZbin... people just watch the videos...we Indian can only differentiate between Assamese and Bengali culture .But rest of the world don't know about it ,so if you don't change the title of the video people from different parts of the world will think that it's about Assamese culture if they don't read in description.
