"Ru" can mean anything, same applies to ri etc, "Air" also doesn't sound Chinese, there are some sillables which have an "r" at the end, but there aren't many. But Im still interested, it cannot be creepier than ...

Nardakay Konaku Ah thanks, but this would be "Airen", I think. I get "ren" as the last hanzi in this word, I never came across a situation where it's shortened to "r". I still don't really get why it's creepy though? I think there are plenty of references to sexual abuse and BDSM already. And the manga has even more illustrations of that kind. I still think we must figure out another way to translate this, but concerning the result, you may not be wrong...

At first it was Prison Strip, then The Girls Witch Hunt/Fake Red Shoes/Kuina/Patchwork Chimera and Resurrected Replayer, I also equally like Tsubasa, Inanna no mita yume, Katayoku no tori, Seven, Birth of a new witch, Usan no Kaori, Intellectual Rapist, Gateway Love and the OP for the 5th Motion Graphic (Nakanai Kimi to Nageki no Gensou Tsuioku-hen). Right now, my absolute favorite though is System 0. Sadly, Golden Sneer was never on my list ;)
