yess the account i've had since launch has zero but the 3 month old one where i'm not planning to full star clear anything already has two? at this point i'd rather DDD be a 5* so it's at least guaranteed at some point, although i'm sure they will make one eventually but with a character specific gimmick. tbf AV push is only relevant for low cycle clears or challenges like this one, but it would still be nice to have, just hate the complete RNG and the fact it hasn't been featured since february

The fact that Sunday's 2nd form ignores turn advance from DDD is crazy. He wont let your team attack him consecutively. I guess Mihoyo programmed him so that after 1 ally attacks him, it'll be always be his turn (unless you advance forward with Bronya/Sparkle/Robin)

The way he works is that he is immediately action advanced after the start of your turn, but Bronya, sparkle and robins large amounts of action advance can get you to 0 av to bypass it

I’ve seen some comments below that states how this video has reminded them how “bad” they are at the game. And with this in mind, I do want to remind people that while this video very much does showcase Ruri Goko’s in-depth mastery over the game, it’s also a test of endurance. Not only does the difficulty of the game (when it comes to using 4 stars) come from how in depth the mechanics are for HSR, but how RNG the game can be. Anybody that are speedrunners and/or are a part of that community would be pretty familiar with this type of self imposed difficulty. So I wouldn’t worry too much about such 4 star only challenges being too difficult for you, or that you get lower scores even with “premium” teams. Hoyo purposefully designed the post game to be hard without at least a few top tier units and consistent playtime (in terms of grinding) to begin with. This is especially true if you’re newer to the game, as it’s just hard to full star post game content without some investment to begin with.

@@leka2095 Exactly. This is why I put an emphasis to "luck" because RNG substats roll are not only the ones you should relied on. If you watched the video especially on the 2nd boss, he triggered a lot of low probability scenarios to execute his strat. You can literally see his RNG strat, so if this doesn't scream "luck" then idk what it is because all it needs is one misstep and he needs to reset again to get a perfect run. See what I'm getting at here? Brainpower is one thing, but if circumstances doesn't allow you to execute that strat due to low probability, you need to reset a lot in order to get proper results which takes time. I can already imagine how much he replayed the stage off-screen just to get that. Being lucky and having the strategy to pull it off often goes hand-in-hand.

Use asta ult immediately and gba qpq proc into asta. If it goes in then I can have 2 ddd proc which save point. Another point that I can gamble is - after first serval ult - immediately ult with gall to 50/50 energy into serval (if I lose 50/50 it goes into gall) this one will save even more score because I don’t have to waste tingyun and asta energy at all.

Amazing run! Congrats to Ruri Goko for completing this 4-star-only challenge! The difficulty of the Apocalyptic Shadow this time was incredibly high (mainly due to the excessive HP), making many lose hope, but we succeeded nonetheless, which was no easy feat. Additionally, I realized that I overlooked the 5+QPQ+Tingyun ER calculation formula, which cost my Serval an opportunity to use her Ultimate-definitely something to remember! Today's results were fantastic, and I plan to revisit the Sunday run during a break. However, I won’t be posting a new video for it because, for me, achieving a higher score is no longer important. I love 4-star characters, and I admire the strength they demonstrate!

Thank you for your kind word! tbh Had I not know that lushaka will make huge different on serval to the point that she actually achieve the damage breakpoint, I'd not reach the qpq combo point and be able to compose the run! so thanks to you that this run was possible at the first place ! If qpq was not bugged I think 6800+ is possible without excessive retry - but I'll leave that to other person to pass us hahaha

Beware the old man (reflexes) in a profession where most fail to clear young! Really amazing run honestly. What's most impressive is that BOTH SIDES finished with the requisite score. Hitomi's run had to stack more AV on Sunday due to not managing 1.3k on Kafka. Very nicely done! What do you think would help with 4 star clears most right now? A new AoE DPS to give more options than Serval? Or some kind of new item set to bring the units we got to par?

not really - spd tuning is always the most important one. especially if you have to control the breaking stuff for ex if side 2 asta and tingyun were too fast, it would make overall run slower due to sunday's mechanics - and tingyun can't really break enemy. for side 1 - had march7th being too fast or hmc being too fast - score would be lowered as well coz you still have to wait for luka to break enemy - thus wasting hmc and m7 turns for nothing

the effect is pretty straightforward. healer turn starts, one random teammate under 50% energy gets energy (except the user). but because of a bug, it now CAN affect the user, so gallagher here can accidentally funnel energy into himself - which is not ideal and messes with ult rotation. the bug will be fixed soon though, so quid pro quo users won't need to worry for long.

What team did you use? If it's the classic superbreak team, you probably need to replace RM with someone like Asta. Or you could try to wait for Fugue, since she's pretty flexible in any break-oriented teams. Galagher is really good too if you don't have Lingsha.
