As I hear it, the violin is the melancholic voice (as the lyrics are substtuted by it) and the piano is sort of the mood, at first it is slow, and tired, as if in a strange and non welcoming land, then comes the second part, as the piano raises the spirit and one can almost feel the same a s a man that is finally home, and takes in all the familiar places and faces, this is the best version i have heard of this piece, and I thank you for it.
