Only Rush could pull off three solos in the same song at one time. Only a true Rush fan would listen to each solo individually.

I'm always disappointed when the video doesn't show the footwork by Geddy (and sometimes Alex) whether it's synth or the Taurus bass pedals.
@chrisw25462 жыл бұрын
@@CygnusKC I agree. I've only seen about two seconds of Geddy playing the keyboards with his feet during this song. Can't remember the concert. But it needed to be more often to fully illustrate what he did on stage.

It’s time for you guys to watch a Rush video called “Best Intro Ever”. I’m not sure who named it that way, but they were not far off in the description. It’s how Rush opened their shows on their 30th anniversary tour. In order of release, they play instrumental snippets of songs from their first six studio albums and then roll right into the Spirit of Radio, from their seventh album, Permanent Waves. You should check it out!

"Each of us, a cell of awareness, imperfect and incomplete Genetic blends with uncertain ends on a fortune hunt that's far too fleet You can choose a ready guide in some celestial voice If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice You can choose from phantom fears and kindness that can kill I will choose a path that's clear, I will choose Freewill" Lyrics are some of Neil's best.

They may be Canadian but their music is a gift to the whole world. A RUSH fan has no limits or borders.

The Lifeson model with the Floyd Was originally done by Neal Schon of Journey. However, the Lifeson model is called an “Access” Because Gibson shaved the wood Down at the heel and body of the Neck on the back of the guitar. If you’ve ever played a Les Paul, Then you know how much wood Is present at the neck tenon area. It allows a lot more reach on the upper frets…

Geddy also plays foot pedals while playing bass and vocals, unbelievable. Sadly he did admit they use dubbing onstage and in the studio and he said he regretted overdubbing too much on Exit Stage Left but I could careless they're my favorite and always will be the benchmark of how I react to other artist. Of course Opeth is my 2nd favorite.
