I met Rush on my second trip to Ghana. He is professional and easy to talk to.! I also had a meeting with his friend the contractor .I will be getting in touch with him once my land issues get resolved. As he said purchasing the land is the biggest problem initially. Once you get over that huddle, then it becomes easier.

You're doing great bro. My only problem is the house price are too high. This will only cause problems in the near future. Look at the western world now with house prices. Ask yourself this every black person building house to sell, who making all the money the one who imported the materials, the outside. Looking importing materials from country like India, China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Pakistan, Iran, Poland, Japan, Belarus, Russia, Turkey. Those are all the country the western world get there materials and good from. If you goes there and buy it is cheaper than they bring it there and sell to you, know one thing they price it in USD to take the money back out the country. Keep up the good work.
