I like your philosophy towards business in Ghana and the fact that you don’t gatekeep useful information. I believe your diaspora network you are building has huge potential to be a springboard for even international deals.

Such a good point. He is not a foreigner but many of his audience are. Just the ticket, visa, hotel, transportation ,and meals for three weeks to register a company costs more than USD 500😢

I'll be out there prospecting business opportunities next month. Would love to connect to movers and shakers such as yourself. What networking groups do you recommend? Is there a chamber of commerce? Thank you for the insight 🙏🏾

Hearing your story and experience. You are so bright, and do understand the characteristics it takes to build within entrepreneurship. It's not easy, but the lessons learnt, and the pivots that lead to possibilities that were not even imagined. Keep sharing, it's making impact. Proud of you, and salute to you on the commercial real estate endeavour. Wishing you all the success, from implementation, to full execution, to full out completion. *Also I really appreciate what you said about PARTNERSHIP being 50/50. Mutual reciprocity is the best way to form sustainable long term outcomes.

Please, correct your statement that you can start a business and buy 38 acres of land in Ghana for USD 500. The government requires foreigners to have USD 500,000 to register a company. NOW, if you paid the fees that allows you to ILLEGALLY start. Then say it! Land in East Legon costs waaay more. Some of what you say is true, but many developers are having trouble selling out their properties. You are LYING, or at least not telling the whole truth. Everyone doesn't do the wrong to thing and then telling others that they can do something that can't happen. But for sure the scammers are foreigners too.
@kv75914 күн бұрын
My guy, you must have spoken to the wrong people in Ghana. If you want to succeed in Ghana, you have to research, research, research. Also, if East Legon is all you're thinking about and you're not ready to look at other places in Accra or greater Accra or Central region, then you're limiting your opportunity.
