Are you on astro turf or normal grass? Bcause diving on astro needs different techniques than diving on normal grass, astro tends to hurt more.

Maybe try watching some breakdowns/tutorials on diving (there is plenty of them on KZbin) to see if you have the right technique, but hips hurting after diving is completely normal especially if your playing on astro or hard ground. Try wearing padded shorts maybe that will help
