8:03 heard your teammate say "catch the ball", i personally think a punch was the better decision because of how crowded you were and how difficult a catch would have been. for me, if i don't know whether to catch or punch, i always go with the punch.

6:20 I think that kind of shots are actually very Awkard to deal with. We need to lean forward to catch it both arms and close it with our chest behind it but it is very hard to tell the speed and direction AND the bounce of the ball in time, so emergency maneuver you can do is putting your legs and body on the ball as much as you can hoping it would get trapped. Only real way to deal with it more safely, in my opinion, is to lower your stance more before.

Your passing is soooo accurate even when you pass a long balls, but in my opinion in many situations on a video there is no need for a long pass and you can throw it close by hands or maybe its just a gopro prespective.
