The Buildings were constructed in a hurried manner with no proper planning as to what purpose they will be used for. They are built on forest department land on which only minor tourism related projects may be built. No other government related or private building are allowed. But Jagan started the project saying it was to promote tourism and once the project was built, they changed stance saying it will now be used as CM residence and camp office. They are built as a very opulent residence and office. Not suitable for tourism or regular offices.

You should slap jagan reddy with yoor chappal for not creating any investments in Rayalaseema…..KIA motor 30000 Employement and in Tirupathi 387 electronic hubs and ancillary units have been established in Chittor and a lot of small electronic company related investments and solar projects are already setup during 2014-2019 and created 78000 white coloured jobs which never happened in mid coastal region nor in Amaravathiin last 10 years … and there are lot of plans for investments in future in Rayalaseema…and u still cry on Amaravathi which indicates you work in edupulapaya and tadepalli jagan reddy caste boot licker blue dog 🐕
