"game_mode 0; game_type 6; map dz_blacksite" (or another map). Type that in the console to load a danger zone map you can pratice on in proper danger zone mode. Make sure to use the "mp_warmup_pausetimer 1" to stay in warm-up mode (or the zones starts spreading) and use the "sv_dz_parachute_reuse 0" if you want to get rid of the parachute you have in warm-up. You can then give yoruself bump-mines with the "give weapon_bumpmine". You can get exojump by simpley typing "exojump" in the console. Also "buddha" is a nice command that let's you take damage, but never die. Gl!
