Nice 👍 and very informative video but after cooling process....test evolution is missing..... without test evolution you can not dispatch FG. and some steps is missing for making rusk .... for ex- use of tunnel oven for final baking ....and use of metal detectors for identifying foreign material....

Profit margin ranges between Rs 10 to 20 per kg Calculation of break even is rather complicated. But you can breakeven within one year if you can sell out 8 hour production every day
