Since WoT Blitz already has the Japanese TDs I'll say this (since I play the game): They're actually quite lean Zwatsh. But imagine this: old Obj 263 (it was fast remember?) + Jagdpanzer E 100 armor.

So They basically re-added BLyat-10 Gun on ISU-152 but made the BLyat-10 ISU-152 into a premium tank of ISU-152K

When the legendary ISU-152 has the BL-10 during 2012 it was a monster for T10 tanks and frustrating to face then WG decided to nerf it cause its too OP and a lot of TD Ruski players were angry. Now 8 years later WG decided you know what lets bring back the legend of ISU-152 but this time its premium really WG after all this time. Make those japanese TD on the pc not just for WOT Blitz

I'll be honest with you guys, I know zwatch said he hasn't done the tech tree ISU. I'm a Russian TD primary and this tank, yeah it's very similar to the original ISU and the traverse is worse but that gun is amazing. Much better pen than the original. But that doesn't stop me from playing my baby.
