I don't think Ahon Gooptu is "awfully nervous" apart from the expected nervousness one would see from a young lad conducting an interview with a literary giant. There might also be a bit of a factor of being overwhelmed by an admiration for Bond and being in his presence. Ahon's slurred speech might just have a physical disorder. He conducted this interview with lots of interesting and well thought out questions though, much better than Bond's interview in 2018 recently. I am curious as to how the interviewers are selected at the Kolkata Literary Meets. Any possible reason as to why (what seems like) a young +2 student is allowed to conduct the interview? Or is well connectedness to a high profile "bonedi" family the only criteria for such selection?

At least he's making an effort. Maybe by nature he's shy or reticent and articulating clearly in front of an audience isn't easy to come by for shy people. I am sure, he must have grown to be a confident speaker ❤
