Who cares about them? We aren’t their fans we are the fans of a mediocre ass franchise who never makes it a single game into the playoffs, and we only make it there based on pure miracles. I feel bad for panthers fans and whatnot but that doesn’t mean that we have it good either, at least they know their teams are consistently dog shit but the Steelers always get our hopes up that we finally will change things and be a better team and we never fucking are

Why start Russ over Fields? Let me put it to you this way, and a lot of Steelers fans are missing this point. We gave up a conditional 6th round pick that could potentially become a 4th rounder depending on the percentage of snaps JF2 plays. That being said, would you rather give up a 6th or a 4th for what potentially could be our next franchise QB? All the while, he's learning from a former super bowl champion and future hall of famer. Personally, I would rather have him learn how to read defenses and go through reads a little better from Russ and give up just a 6th, than have Justin in there and miss some open downfield throws. That's not to say that I don't like Justin, I think he can become our franchise QB and be very good for us long term and I really do like what he brings to our table. But in the meantime, let's let Russ cook and take us to the big dance while we got him for a cool million and dumb ass Denver is paying him 30 million to play for us! the first half was tough until beanie got the pick but once russ shook that rust off at the end of the 2nd quarter this was the most enjoyable steelers game i've watched in years. the second half was beautiful

Your asking, why do you change somethings that's working. Think about why did the steelers add both Wilson and Fields in the first place? Do you think they added both to sit one of them? Their plan all along was to play both and to see what both QB's could bring to the table and do for the team. Remember that they are still trying to find their QB and they need to see if either QB will work out for them. Tomlin's main decision was that Russ was up first but he was injured so Justin was up first. The Steelers know that both QB's have been starters before and know that both QB's had something to prove. They decided to go this route at QB this year and give both of them a chance. Tomlin named Russ QB1 before week 1 and he never named Justin QB1. Tomlin tried to remain as quiet as possible about the Steelers plans
