LOVE the quote at the end about greatness. People forget Cole is producing a lot of his own stuff, on top of being a great MC. Drake is a hit machine. Kendrick is the soul. They all have their place.

Perfection is unattainable but you sir are my role model and I’m proud that my 8 year old daughter loves you to and I feel like when she gets older she will view you as a role model too but I’m proud to show her your music and talk about the concepts within your music with her. You are enough! @russ

Interesting conversation around the 15:00 mark. In '48 Laws of Power' by Robert Greene, Law 29 is 'Plan all the way to the end'. I think this would be an intelligent way to approach any career, but especially a music artist's career. What are you trying to achieve with your music? Who are you trying to help/inspire, etc.? How long will you be creating music for? At what point will you be hanging up your boots? What do you have to achieve in order to feel as though you've done your bit? What's your dream legacy? What's your exit strategy? What will you be transitioning into after music? Or is it your dream to always remain a musician? I think that by answering these questions, it would be easier to have a more well-defined plan going forward, and is more likely to prevent stagnation/feeling lost. Deeply reflecting on those and other similar questions might provide some guidance for Russ.
